It is not advisable to open it too early; as the outlet temperature continues to rise, if the main valve is not opened, the fluid will go directly into the second catalyst layer without undergoing heat exchange. Once the temperature in the second stage reaches around 460, the main valve should be gradually opened in order to regulate the inlet temperature of that stage. Once the inlet temperature of the third stage reaches around 390, the main valve should also be gradually opened. Adjust the gas concentration and flow rate simultaneously to raise the temperatures of stages 1, 2, and 3 as quickly as possible. Every time the vehicle is driven, some people prefer to open the main valve in advance to delay the drop in inlet temperature, thereby achieving a certain increase in temperature. As a result, the temperatures in the second and third stages fail to reach the conversion temperature for a long time, causing sulfur dioxide to be released directly without being converted.
