There are only 12 cubic meters per day; build a tank with a capacity of 50 cubic meters, and when the liquid level reaches 45 cubic meters, use a pump to transfer it to the recovery pipeline. A set of level switches together with a pump is sufficient; a check valve should be installed at the pump’s outlet. Such a small amount of recycled water – is this really called technological improvement? There’s hardly any technical element to it at all.

This is a good suggestion. Technical upgrades, no matter how small, are necessary. If it’s necessary to send something back, that involves collection tanks, pipelines, pumps, electrical systems, and so on – things that are also required for minor technical upgrades carried out in factories

When reusing process water, it is necessary to consider whether other impurities are introduced into the water during the processing stage, and whether these impurities need to be removed. As for the other equipment required, it’s simple: tanks + pumps + pipes + impurity removal devices.
Recommendation: Verify whether the water quality meets the requirements for reuse in the process system. If it does, decide whether to install an additional transfer pump based on the pressure levels; if not, consider whether this water can be used for other purposes, such as as cleaning water or recycled water. Of course, if the water quality is too poor, it can only be used as wastewater. If it can be recycled, it will involve at most a small tank, a set of level switches, some pipe valves, and a pump.
