How to determine the pipe category of sewage pipes? Is it GC2 or GC3?

The operating pressure of the sewage pipeline must be greater than or equal to 0.1 MPa; if not, it does not qualify as a pressure pipeline. Pressure pipelines in Category GC3 refer to those carrying non-toxic, non-flammable fluid media, mainly things like air and nitrogen. The components in wastewater are quite complex, and it certainly does not meet the criterion of being non-toxic; therefore, it should be classified as GC2.
First, it is necessary to determine whether this pipeline is a pressure pipeline (based on the definition of pressure pipelines), and then decide whether it belongs to GC2 or GC3； GC3 class refers to pipes used for transporting non-toxic, non-flammable fluid media, with a design pressure of less than or equal to 1.0 MPa, and a design temperature ranging from above -20°C to below 185°C ； It is then clear that it can be determined based on the medium of this pipeline, its design temperature, and design pressure.
