Request for ammonia supply system

I am looking for design information regarding an ammonia solution supply system. The ammonia solution in question is 20% concentration, with a flow rate of 0.2 to 1.2 cubic meters; the flow rate needs to be adjustable, with an accuracy of around 0.05 cubic meters. There should be one pump in operation and one as a backup, with a pressure of approximately 0.6 MPa. Currently, there are two ammonia tanks with a capacity of 50 cubic meters each, and the delivery pipelines have a diameter of DN25. I would appreciate it if someone could help design such a system, including the selection of pumps, valves, flow control devices, etc. DCS control is required. Thank you very much!
