Our company is responsible for the EMC work on a small power generation project. I would like to ask: from the time the turbo-generator is manufactured by the factory until it is installed and tested on site, how many times does it typically need to be disassembled and inspected? What is the purpose of disassembly and inspection at each stage? Which item should be checked first?

It should read “Our company is undertaking the construction of a small-scale power generation EMC project.” This will allow us to understand the role your company plays... whether as an EPC contractor or a construction contractor.
If it is an EPC contractor, you are responsible for the supervision of turbine manufacturing, as well as FAT and SAT. According to your quality inspection requirements, you decide how many times the turbine should be started, provided that it complies with the Inspection and Evaluation Specifications. If you are a construction contractor, you are only responsible for the SAT during on-site installation, and it is sufficient to open the turbine cover once.
