From a HAZOP perspective, particularly, what is the reason for installing a cut-off valve on the extraction line of the paint reflux tank? Thank you for your hard work, sea friends! Thank you

Emergency shut-off valves are used to isolate equipment from points of material leakage in emergency situations such as fires; process installations should be equipped with sufficient numbers of such valves. 1) Valves should be installed on pumps that could potentially experience leaks leading to fires, in order to prevent fires from occurring； 2) Medium temperature is higher than the flash point ； 3) Medium temperature > 315℃ ； 4) The medium is toxic and harmful. The requirements vary among different devices. There are also such requirements for 1) liquefied hydrocarbon equipment with a volume exceeding 38 m3 ； 2) Equipment with a hydrocarbon medium volume of over 10 m3 and a medium temperature equal to or greater than its autoignition temperature.
