With the rise of the electric vehicle market, domestic material manufacturers are expanding their production capacities. An increase in volume necessarily requires a qualitative improvement, and the enhancement of the performance of ternary materials depends to a large extent on continuous improvements in precursor manufacturing processes. The precursor technology discussion group is currently the one with the largest number of participants and highest level of activity in China for discussions related to ternary material precursors. Its members include companies such as Dongfang Tanye, Ningbo Jinhe, Beijing Dangsheng, Hunan Haina, Xinxiang Tianli, Zhejiang Times New Energy, Jiangmen Fangyuan, Hunan Bangpu, Ganfeng Lithium, Huayou Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Tianjiao, as well as various universities and corporate research institutes that specialize in precursor manufacturing technologies. Among the sintering manufacturers in this group are companies like Shenzhen Zhenhua, Yantai Zhuoneng, Qingdao Huaguan, Qingdao Qianyun, and Hunan Suntong, which are all involved in the production of ternary materials. The group shares the latest information on a daily basis; it currently has 129 members. To facilitate better exchanges regarding precursor technology, this group sincerely invites more manufacturers of reaction vessels and washing equipment to join. An individual’s wisdom is limited, but the collective wisdom of group members is not; progress can only be achieved through communication. Group ID: 155125026. Note for joining: Please use the format “Company – Position – Last Name”. (PS: Business representatives, please refrain from contacting us; we appreciate your understanding.)
Hello, group owner! I would like to ask: Since it is already known that contact with air during calcination has a significant impact on various properties of the precursor materials, why isn’t pyrolysis carried out in an oxygen-free environment?
