According to 10.1.3 of AQ3036-2010 \"Specifications for the Installation of Safety Monitoring Equipment at Tank Farm Sites\", \"The video surveillance alarm system should be capable of enabling interaction with alarms related to the monitoring of hazardous parameters.\" How can such interaction be achieved in a liquid ammonia spherical tank farm? What about those related to the monitoring and alarm of hazardous parameters?
It should trigger a fire alarm for the image, and be linked to the deluge valve.
The information source for monitoring systems is image data, whereas process parameter monitoring systems rely on sensor data. In most large-scale security system installations today, it is possible to integrate the information from both types of systems; typically, sensors generate alarm signals that are sent to the monitoring system, which in turn causes the corresponding image data to be displayed on the display devices. Similarly, the usual and more normal approach these days is to switch the camera to a specified area when an abnormal parameter is detected ； In my opinion, for hazardous parameter monitoring and alarm functions: level, temperature, pressure, flow rate, and gas concentration detection are necessary ； How to achieve interconnection in the liquid ammonia spherical tank area: by utilizing the existing DCS parameter monitoring system ； In addition, some monitoring systems should be installed in the tank area ； (Engage a professional agency to design measures, both hardware and software-based, to enable integration between the DCS monitoring system and the alarm reporting system.)
If there is a DCS monitoring system and video surveillance in the field, can interlocking functions be achieved through configuration in the DCS?
Are there any companies that operate in this coordinated manner nowadays?
