I would like to ask the experts: We currently have an LNG liquefaction facility, and due to geographical constraints, there is only one piece of land located upwind of the area with the highest wind frequency throughout the year that can be used for constructing LNG storage tanks, loading platforms, and flare systems. Is this permissible? What are the requirements?
