Heating issue for light oil pipelines

Are there heat tracing lines for the light oil within the unit, such as in the cold high-boiling-point and cold low-boiling-point oil phase pipelines as well as the tower top naphtha pipeline? How was it considered?
There are no heat tracing wires! Cold low-viscosity oil provides insulation. It has temperature requirements when entering the stripping tower; therefore, the cold light fraction oil pipeline is insulated and equipped with heat exchangers for heat exchange!
Here, both high-temperature and low-temperature sections are equipped with heat tracing; the pipeline at the top of the tower doesn’t have it, and since it needs to be cooled, heat tracing isn’t necessary as the temperature is already high
