After the operator station DCS displayed the trend chart, the computer stopped responding, and then the system crashed; however, all other functions of the computer continued to work normally. If you don’t click on the trend chart after logging in, all other functions of the system can still be used normally. After the engineer station is recompiled and the files are downloaded, the operator station remains in the same state. The system was reinstalled; it was possible to open the trend charts when it was first set up, but this became impossible after closing and reopening them. There is no issue of insufficient hard drive space. Seeking guidance
Other host computers have encountered this before, when the database is too large or certain controls are missing. I don’t know about the one in the control center
Try opening it again after clearing the trend file
Does this trend chart show the trends for 8 gauge points? This seems to be a software bug; I’ve encountered it on the Central Control 700 system as well. Deleting a few trend points from this trend display resolves the issue.
It’s likely not a bug with the JX300XP; instead, copy all unnecessary trends to another directory as a backup. . Do not store trends in the original trend directory for too long, otherwise it will indeed be very slow for the trend component to retrieve them; I have encountered this issue before. . Either, you use a computer with extremely high specifications to play. By increasing the memory to over 8G and replacing the hard drive with an SSD, this issue should no longer occur. Hehe
