There is dust pneumatic conveying; to prevent the material from flowing back, I want to install a check valve. Are there any check valves suitable for dust conveying?
The pressure difference should not be too large; a check valve equipped with a backflow prevention mechanism, such as a butterfly check valve, could be considered

Please explain in detail where your check valve is installed. . If it’s a powder pipeline, why add a check valve?

You mean the dilute phase, right? Isn’t it true that a rotary air lock valve is used when the pressure difference is low, while a lock hopper is used when the pressure difference is high? Don’t you use them? You still haven’t clarified the process?
1. After material is discharged by the star-shaped feeder, it still needs to be pushed in using high-pressure gas, as the star-shaped feeding valve cannot feed the material into the furnace automatically! 2. Also, could the star-shaped unloading valve have air leakage issues? If there is no leakage, can the lock hopper be removed? The design includes a coal bin, a lockhopper, a feeding hopper, and finally a star discharge valve. Material is discharged directly from the coal bin to the feed hopper at atmospheric pressure; since the star-shaped discharge valve does not leak, and the outlet pressure is higher than the inlet pressure, material can still be discharged!
I know more or less what you mean. . Coal powder is pressurized and fed into the gasification furnace; the standard process involves feeding it from a lockhopper into a feed hopper. The material is fed from the hopper and then conveyed downward by a screw conveyor; the outlet of the screw conveyor leads, through pipes, into the gasification furnace. . One or two high-temperature ball valves need to be installed on this pipeline. . Backflow of high-temperature, high-pressure gases inside the furnace has been prevented. . . You said from the start the process for responding upstairs. . That way everyone will understand clearly and won’t have to guess for ages. .
