There is organic waste gas from the pharmaceutical industry that needs to be treated using a incinerator. Acidic substances become corrosive when they condense, while the ammonium chloride crystals formed from NH3 and HCl can damage the equipment downstream. Therefore, it is necessary to remove these substances prior to sending the gas into the incinerator. Could someone suggest some effective pre-treatment methods?
