How to calibrate a weighbridge after replacing all of its weighing sensors?
First, roll back and forth on the scale several times with a load of around 80% of its capacity, to allow the sensor to make repeated contact with the foundation. Next, angle deviation adjustment is performed by placing a weight with a capacity of 1/10 on top of the sensor; the weight should be placed as centrally as possible to bring the angle deviation within the acceptable error range. After the angle deviation has been adjusted, a weight with the maximum capacity is used to carry out range adjustment. After one such cycle, the adjustment is complete.....
