Air injection issue in the coking double deoxidation tower!

Our oxidation towers are fed with unpurified air, and there are always various issues with the air supply lines, especially at the flow rate point – this is particularly evident in winter!
It’s not a large quantity; just attach a tube and replace it with purified air.
Our alkali solution circulation volume is around 3 tons. What magnitude of air flow is required? What pressure do you control in the oxidation tower? I asked for advice!

A little over a dozen pressure indicators are sufficient; the outlet pressure at the separation tank behind our oxidation tower is around 2 kilograms, although the design value is 5 kilograms. Shortly after the plant started operating, we reduced the operating pressure to 2 kilograms, and that has remained the case for over a decade.
