Issues regarding the forced operation of the Honeywell SM system

I’ve just started working with the Honeywell SM system; I’m a complete beginner. I’d like to ask the guys on the forum: where can I set the mandatory options? In the Application Viewer, when I right-click, why are the mandatory options grayed out?

I have to rely on myself; in Point Viewer, a forced click is required for a new screen – just select \"Force Point\" and that’s it:lol

Thank you for your reply. I’ve checked the reasons; both of the above conditions are met, but it seems the user didn’t choose the right option – engineer permissions aren’t sufficient; a superuser is required
