A problem has occurred with one of the units, and we have been dealing with the emergency situation; I am still overseeing the work on site. It just occurred to me that I haven’t come up with any questions yet today. Painting inside the tank (applying epoxy resin) is currently in progress on site. What should we pay attention to?
Ensure good air circulation and use safety ropes for protection
General precautions: 1. Since flammable solvents are used during the EPOXY application process, open flames (such as welding) should not be used in the area surrounding the site. 2. To avoid a solvent gas-filled environment at the site, ensure good air circulation. 3. Since some resin solvents are toxic and irritating, please wear gloves, masks, etc. to avoid direct contact with them. 4. If the solution comes into contact with the skin accidentally, wash it immediately with water. If redness, swelling, or burning sensation occurs on the skin, seek medical attention promptly. 5. Resin solvents and similar items should be stored in a cool place. 6. After using the painting tools, they should be cleaned immediately. 7. When working inside the storage tank, adequate ventilation must be ensured.
