I’d like some advice. Currently, the temperature signal of the chiller is experiencing fluctuations; it is preliminarily assumed that this is caused by interference. I’m not sure what methods can be used to resolve this issue. Thank you!

The signal wires use shielded wiring and are properly grounded....
I have encountered this too; the reason is that the cable supplied by the chiller manufacturer does not separate the high-voltage and low-voltage signals. Re-lay it according to the specifications. Make sure the shield wire is grounded in accordance with the specifications.

The power supply section of the sensor also needs to be isolated
Try adding a signal isolator and measure the grounding of the signal line
Check the grounding and shielding, as well as the wiring; ensure it is securely fastened, especially in front of the transmitter and the gauge. Inadequate fixation can lead to a semi-loose connection due to external factors such as vibrations. Another factor is the quality of the transmitter; poor quality or aging can cause fluctuations in the measured values. The cable connected to the transmitter should be shielded. If the primary instrument is a buried type, it is recommended to replace it; even if it isn’t buried, it’s still advisable to replace it and observe the performance thereafter. The temperature signal should not experience jumps, but this has happened several times; this topic deserves further discussion.
