Low pump displacement

I just bought a sliding vane pump, model YQB40-5, with a rotation speed of 750 r/min; its flow rate is only around 25 m3 per hour. The process remains the same as before; only the inlet and outlet pipelines have been modified. The measurement of the motor speed is fine, the filter has been checked twice with no issues found, and the process from the tank to the vehicle has also been inspected with no problems detected. Could an expert please help solve this? Thank you!

You mentioned this pump; we also have it in our company. Is it convenient to chat privately?

Check whether the inlet and outlet pressure drop has increased significantly

First, confirm whether the pump model is correct. If the rotation speed is fine, has the viscosity of the medium decreased? Or has the outlet pressure increased (measure the outlet pressure); has the internal backflow increased? Or is there a problem with the sliding vane inside the pump?

Check to see if there is no exhaust gas or if the system contains air
