Suggestions for moderator ratings

Judging from the current situation, the moderators of each section are actively giving ratings to each topic and each thread. Each section has its own scoring rules, and each moderator also has different preferences. Could it be possible to suggest that the scores in the scoring dialog box be customizable? Reason: The current scores are +30, +17, +4, -9, -22, -35... and custom values; the custom option allows for manual entry of numbers. Among these preset scores, only +4 is commonly used, as the other values are too high and not suitable for the current section (the process section), given the scoring criteria and unwritten rules. If moderators could change these values to something like +10, +5, +4, +3, -2, -5, it would reduce errors resulting from manual entry and improve the efficiency of scoring. For the moderator groups that are used frequently, only +4 is commonly used. The Super Edition group – the ratings are quite useful.
The current scoring rules are also rather chaotic in practice: 1. When posting on the first floor, there is an option for “active participation,” which should refer to things like “initiating topics” or “creating original content.”； 2. “In-depth discussion” is only rated 1–2 in terms of value; it should probably be classified as “active participation”, right? 3. For discussion-based topics, the meanings of “below” and “above” are the same; how should scores be assigned? For example, do you know this valve? Is this design method appropriate?

Indeed, some moderators may give irregular ratings due to heavy workloads or accidental mistakes. The topic post should be used to initiate a discussion or create original content; active participation should be less frequent than in-depth discussions, which is more scientific.
As a moderator, it’s hard to say much; after all, management is also done out of passion.
