Mid-Autumn Festival is here – what benefits does your company offer?

At my previous workplace, the happiest time of the year was during this major holiday – not only were there holiday treats provided, but there were also holiday bonuses, overtime pay, and a bunch of other allowances; all together it amounted to around 180,000 yuan. But this year, our company’s holiday benefit was just a box of mooncakes and yogurt, which made me miss all the traditions associated with holidays in the past.

There are two boxes of mooncakes, with 4 in each box; those who work shifts also receive a small gift bag containing about ten items such as canned goods, pig’s ears, ham, chocolate pies, biscuits, and the like – in total, it’s roughly half a piece of non-woven fabric bag.
It’s pretty good, right? But why are there pig’s ears here? Are they snacks?
The company provides one free meal; it used to be 500 yuan, but it hasn’t been provided this year yet.
Red envelope? We used to pay with cards; alas, there are no cards this year

He looked up at the sky and muttered to himself: Send a bird. I’m thinking about going to the flower and bird market next door at noon to buy a birdcage; I really like keeping birds, so I’ll get one! But what shall we do if it’s released next year, damn it? ............
