After downloading it, I analyzed the specification carefully. It was found that this specification differs significantly from similar international standards, codes, and practices. The most significant difference is that the core separation internals are not considered as a key factor in the design of separator dimensions. The core of a separator lies in its separation internals. The optimization design of the internal components should be completed first, after which the dimensions of the housing are determined based on the type and size of those internal components; in other words, it is a customized, one-to-one design approach. Rather than following the standard approach of first defining the shell structure and dimensions, and then designing and arranging the internal components within those constraints, this method may result in internal components designed based on a complete dynamic model not being able to fit inside the shell whose structure and dimensions have been determined earlier; in other words, it’s not a tailored solution. This kind of problem has occurred before. This recommendation standard may lead to the following outcome: 1. The shell structure dimensions recommended by the standard exactly match those of the separated internal components as determined through dynamic calculation design. This situation is rare. 2. The standard-recommended dimensions of the housing structure are larger than those of the separated internal components resulting from dynamic calculation design. This situation leads to waste in shell size and increased costs for the shells. 3. The standard-recommended dimensions of the housing structure are smaller than those of the separated internal components resulting from dynamic calculation design. This situation renders the original housing completely unusable; a new housing must be manufactured to match the complete set of dynamic separation components, ensuring optimal separation performance while resulting in waste of the original housing. Alternatively, one could force the use of a housing with the original size structure, but only some internal components can be installed, preventing full separation efficiency; this will certainly cause problems in the operation of the device.
