I would like to ask my colleagues from various refineries and chemical plants: which department is responsible for reviewing the certification documents for the refined oil products ready for sale in your companies? Which department is responsible for the verification during the day and at night? For example, some refineries have a laboratory department in charge of this task, while others use the dispatch department for such verification. How do you manage it?
