What are the reasons for the lower slurry concentration in the large slurry tank compared to that in the slurry discharge tank, and what are the solutions?
Is the poster referring to the situation where the coal slurry concentration in the large tank is lower than that in the small tank? If it were me, I would have a few opinions: first, the frequent start-stop of the grinder leads to flushing of the outlet pipelines, which results in low concentrations; second, there is internal leakage in the flushing water valves at the bottom of the two tanks. However, such leakage would definitely affect safe production, so it can basically be ignored.
