Help needed: Process flow of the amine system in natural gas desulfurization
Natural gas desulfurization (and also partial carbon dioxide removal)?
1. Rich liquid comes from the desulfurization tower — rich liquid flash evaporation — heat exchange between rich and lean liquids — regeneration tower — lean liquid pump — heat exchange between rich and lean liquids — air cooling of the lean liquid — after-cooler for the lean liquid — amine liquid circulation tank. 2. Acidic gas at the top of the regeneration tower – air cooling – post-cooling – acid water reflux tank (full reflux of acid water) – acidic gas sent to sulfur recovery. 3. Steam — Regeneration tower bottom reboiler — Condensate tank — Condensate outlet device.
