In such cases, are sanitary instruments necessary? Additional question: If there are indeed hygiene-related requirements, does the piping discipline need to meet these requirements first—such as in terms of material, polishing, and hygiene-friendly connections? In other words, it is the instrumentation discipline that must comply with the regulations set by the piping discipline, such as the piping material grade tables. If the instruments are designed to be hygienic while the piping system remains designed in a conventional manner, is such a design meaningless?
It should be, and instruments with fluoroplastic linings can also be used, which will prevent metal ion contamination
The sanitary type is definitely excellent, but it’s expensive… The built-in PTFE lining mentioned on the second floor is a more economical option, but the temperature of the medium shouldn’t be too high……
Hygienic models are definitely more expensive. If there’s no mandatory requirement, you can talk to the watch dealer; he has extensive experience and might be able to give you some good advice
Put a condom over the gauge; this keeps the gauge itself clean and prevents contamination of other equipment as well

Hygienic instrument or pipe fitting connectors are designed for use in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and beverages; they are intended to ensure thorough steam sterilization without any dead corners, rather than to maintain high purity of the materials and prevent contamination. The temperature and pressure resistance of this type of joint are not very high (usually below 150 degrees and below 1 MPa). The pressure and temperature of highly pure chemical materials can be much higher than those within the operating range of sanitary fittings; then why use sanitary fittings?
