A problem with online registration for registered chemical engineers

Hello, Haiyou. I used to work at a chemical engineering design firm, but I resigned and joined a new company (one without design qualifications). I passed the basic exam when I was at the design institute, but failed the specialized exam. I plan to take the professional exam this year, and when registering online I need to fill in my \"work unit\" – is it okay to enter my new company there? Should it still be filled in with the original design institute’s name? Also, I have a colleague in a situation similar to mine; the only difference is that he is taking the professional exam for the first time this year. So, does the \"Basic Information and Performance Report\" need to be stamped by an organization with design qualifications?

I asked the Hangzhou Survey and Design Association; in my case, I should fill in my current employer, and it’s okay if I don’t have design qualifications.
