Under what conditions are you using it? Is it gas-to-liquid heat exchange? Seawater Freon? Titanium plate nickel welding; no titanium plating on nickel seen
I’ve never seen any that fit the plate; in my opinion it’s unnecessary, as the pressure difference in plate heat exchangers is low and the heat exchange plates themselves are already quite thin. The purpose of using composite panels is to save on investment, with the base layer providing load-bearing capacity and the coating offering corrosion resistance. But plate heat exchangers are different, right? Also, composite panels are usually fused under high pressure; it’s not possible to make them that thin, right?
The feasibility isn’t high, right? If it could be made, the price would likely be higher than that of nickel or titanium
