I saw a start-up plan stating that before converting the steam and hydrogen supply, the inlet temperature of the converter must be >380°C, the outlet temperature of the converter must be ≥650°C, and the outlet temperature of the medium shift reactor bed layer must be greater than 230°C. I would like to ask, what aspects are mainly taken into consideration regarding these temperature requirements?
Before converting the steam and hydrogen supply, should it be done before supplying hydrogen or before supplying steam? ?
The regulations state that it should be done simultaneously
Were the procedures written by someone else or provided by the catalyst manufacturer?
The temperature limit is primarily intended to prevent steam from condensing into water; once this water enters the catalyst bed, it can easily cause the catalyst to break down
