Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China, Announcement No. 1286: Announcement by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the Issuance of the ** Standard “Standard for Calculating Energy Consumption in Petrochemical Design” The “Standard for Calculating Energy Consumption in Petrochemical Design” is hereby approved as a ** standard, with the code GB/T50441-2016; it shall come into effect as of April 1, 2017. The original Standard for Calculating Energy Consumption in Petrochemical Design, GB/T50441-2007, is also repealed simultaneously.
