Is insulation required for the naphtha loading pipeline?

I would like to ask if the naphtha loading pipelines in your companies are insulated? Does high summer temperature affect naphtha metering?
My naphtha pipeline doesn’t have insulation, so there’s definitely some loss. Considering factors such as electricity costs, the first unit is usually loaded at night. The second facility has too much traffic, with loading taking place throughout the day.
