Where do everyone get the guidelines to bring to the exams from?

As the title suggests, where do people get the guidelines to bring to exams? Borrowed, bought? Which specifications are mainly required?
They are all very important guidelines; if your unit doesn’t have them, buy a copy. The Petrochemical Regulations, Construction Regulations, and HG20570 – these three should be sufficient.
