Helping a friend with promotion: Due to business expansion, Shanghai Hetu is now seeking the following employees: Process Engineer (Shanghai), Pipeline Engineer (Wuhan), Structural Engineer (Wuhan), Equipment Engineer (Wuhan), Storage and Transportation Engineer (Qingdao), Site Planning Engineer (Shanghai or Wuhan), Electrical Engineer (Wuhan), Automation Engineer (Wuhan), Water Supply and Drainage Engineer (Wuhan), Budgeting Specialist (Shanghai or Wuhan), Safety Engineer (Shanghai or Wuhan). My QQ number is 2896157040; you can add me on QQ for further discussion.
The salary at He Tu is too low; it’s impossible to retain people who want to work at the grassroots level
That’s how these private companies operate: they keep hiring employees all the time. If it were a good company, it would have mechanisms in place to retain its staff, but instead they just replace them every few years, thus avoiding the need to increase salaries.
Times have changed; those upstairs shouldn’t look down on private enterprises
In the first half of the year, I went to Hetu for an interview and talked with the process director for over 40 minutes. . . Well, what’s the result? Hehe
This is written a bit simply; could it be more detailed?
That makes sense; it might be another way of cutting costs after all. >>>>> But their salaries aren’t high, and many people say that, there are posts on the forum about it~~~:lol
Platforms are important; it’s better to go to organizations with a better reputation
