That’s how these private companies operate: they keep hiring employees all the time. If it were a good company, it would have mechanisms in place to retain its staff, but instead they just replace them every few years, thus avoiding the need to increase salaries.
Times have changed; those upstairs shouldn’t look down on private enterprises
