Find a suitable form of stainless steel conveyor belt

To develop a new process, a stainless steel conveyor belt is required. After examining plate-chain and mesh-chain conveyors, it was found that their gaps are too large, failing to meet the requirements. I would appreciate it if the teachers could give some guidance. What materials do you transport using conveyor belts? If you think the gap between plate chains and mesh chains is an issue, could you consider using a stainless steel screw conveyor?
Thank you! I just checked out stainless steel screw conveyors, and I think this type might not be suitable, as I need the conveyor belt to have a flat, strip-like appearance. Just now, someone suggested that I use a chain drive system and seal the gaps with sealing strips. Do you think this method is feasible?
It depends on what type of material you have. For bulk granular materials, a stainless steel plate chain conveyor can be used, with plastic baffles on both sides of the plate chain in contact with it. Prevent materials from falling. If it is a powdered material, its use is not recommended
