Material of the valve body: ductile iron and cast iron. How can they be distinguished by appearance with the naked eye?
This cannot be distinguished by the naked eye. . You need testing equipment to do it~ Just like with stainless steels such as 304 and 316

You can try knocking on the iron valve to hear what sound it makes, and then knock on the ductile iron valve to see what sound that produces. Compare them and you’ll know
