Check the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water of the condensate from the tower top condenser. Insufficient condensation volume may cause material buildup in the condenser. Check the tower pressure under full reflux or low load conditions.
Is there a problem with the condensate water? The volume of water is 2,000 cubic meters, and the temperature difference is 4 degrees. There’s too much water involved.
