Are there any requirements for the layout at the bottom of the tank?

In bottom-mounted layout, when arranging elements from the edges toward the center, the central plate ends up being at the highest position, which facilitates drainage. However, it is not possible to cut corners on the topmost plate in the area where three steel plates overlap, as the plate that could have corners is pressed underneath due to the overlap. If laid from the center outward, corners can be cut, but water accumulated at the welds is difficult to drain. I would like to ask the experts: which of these two formatting methods is better?
The layout should be from the center to the edges, which makes it easier to locate things. The base usually has a slope, so even if water accumulates in the lap welds, there won’t be much of it.
Thank you! What we do is arrange the elements in a staggered pattern from the center outward, so that no water accumulates in the welds.
