Recently, a new batch of hydrogen peroxide stabilizers was introduced. After adding them, the stability of hydrogen peroxide could not reach 97% in tests, whereas other manufacturers managed to achieve stability levels above 97%. I would like to ask if there are any particular things to keep in mind when testing the stability of hydrogen peroxide that could lead to significant differences in its stability

The method of adding stabilizers may differ slightly, but our hydrogen peroxide has a stability level of over 98%. There were times when it was not possible to achieve the desired concentration of the final product; haha, that was because the stability was too high
So high? How are stabilizers generally added? We directly add it to hydrogen peroxide, stir well, let it stand, and then test the stability; the stability level just doesn’t increase
It is added to the phosphoric acid solution, fed into the oxidation system, and extracted into the dilute solution. It can increase the safety factor of the extraction system

Do you mean that one should directly add the stabilizer to phosphoric acid and then pump it into the oxidation tower, thereby ensuring the stability of hydrogen peroxide? We do not add it during the system production process; instead, it is added to the finished product tank later. Without adding a stabilizer, the stability of hydrogen peroxide is around 93%. Adding a stabilizer does improve stability to some extent, but it does not reach 97%. Is it because the amount added is insufficient or is there some other reason? Do you add sodium pyrophosphate to the oxidation tower or extraction tower during your system’s production process?
We only add a stabilizer to the phosphoric acid solution; no other substances are added
Better measures should be added to the process control
