Comrades, do your low-temperature methanol washing units have a recycle gas compressor? I have a question: I need to purchase spare parts for the circulating gas compressor, and the capacity of this compressor is required. However, there are no flow meters at the inlet and outlet of the compressor, so it’s impossible to estimate the flow rate. Is there any way to estimate it? The design flow rate is known, as well as the pressure and temperature at the inlet and outlet; I need help in finding a solution.
1. If the original is still in good condition, purchase it in the original model； 2. It shall be provided according to the design values, with little variation. 3. Have a design institute do the calculations.
Well, thank you. It’s mainly because our previous system was upgraded, which resulted in slight changes in the gas volume and composition; as a result, the design values are no longer accurate
