Our plant’s sulfuric acid production facility is equipped with a medium-temperature and medium-pressure waste heat boiler with a capacity of 20 tons per hour, operating at 450 degrees and 3.8 Mpa. After temperature and pressure reduction, this boiler produces low-pressure steam at 8–10 kilograms per hour, which is used by the 3 workshops in our plant; each workshop consumes 5 tons per hour, for a total of 15 tons per hour. Our factory is currently planning to recover the condensate and reuse it in the boilers (for the purpose of recovering thermal energy and saving water). We would appreciate it if experts could provide some suggestions and design options; thank you in advance!
Could you provide data on the pressure and temperature of the steam remaining in the workshop after it has been used? To consider heat recovery, it is necessary to know how much heat energy is still available; if it is low-grade heat energy, then the significance of recovery is not very great

How else can it be used? The condensed water recovered can simply be used to regenerate steam from demineralized water
It’s probably because the temperature is high after passing through the workshop, or it’s a two-phase flow of vapor and liquid; direct entry into the boiler isn’t allowed
The condensate water is collected, deoxygenated, and then returned to the boiler
