Pneumatic drive issue: The selected pneumatic drive torque is 1.3 times the valve torque; why then cannot it drive the valve?
Either the actual torque of the valve is greater than the theoretical torque, in which case the actuator selected based on the theoretical torque will be too small； Either you are not aware of the actual operating pressure difference of the valve, as the switching torque varies under different pressure differences.
1. The cylinder size is too small. 2. The valve torque is higher than the desired ideal level. 3. The air supply pressure is too low; try adjusting it to 5-6 kilograms. The actuator torque should be at least 30% higher than the valve torque; moreover, different gas supply pressures result in different driving torques
