Originally, oil-injected screw air compressors were used for air separation, but due to oil leakage, they were replaced with centrifugal air compressors. The factory doesn’t have any gauge air compressors available; how can we solve the issue of sealing air needed to start the centrifugal air compressor? Urgent!

The poster is using a screw compressor; it is likely part of a small air separation unit. For such centrifugal compressors, there is no need to provide an external source of sealing gas~~
If the gas consumption is low, use a nitrogen cylinder; connecting several together ensures stable pressure. . Or spend some money on a small screw compressor; it’s not expensive, so let’s buy one and use it

What a centrifugal compressor needs is an instrument air source for the vent valve, right? Either nitrogen or dry air can be used.
