For Russian projects, local designers say that the ducts used for valves must be routed in separate cable trays; they cannot share the same cable tray as cables, nor can control cables do so. I would like to ask the experts here; those who are familiar with Russian standards, please share your insights. Thank you!
Is the trachea made of plastic? It also needs to be placed together with the cable tray; I don’t understand it.
I wasn’t descriptive enough. The air tube used to control the valve runs from the pneumatic cabinet to the valve on site, and is made of nylon or PUE. For the installation of this section of air duct, our usual practice has been to run it together with the control cables of the instruments in a metal tray. But now Russian designers say it’s necessary to go our separate ways; I’d like to ask if anyone has any experience in this area

How far apart are the air ducts and the cable trays, and are they horizontal and parallel or in a vertical relationship? Is it to avoid damaging the air pipes in case they are stepped on during future maintenance of the cable trays?
What they mean is that most of the instruments are not intrinsically safe, and the cables are flammable; therefore, the gas pipes cannot be run alongside the cables. I’m not sure if this is a mandatory requirement
Consider the possibility that the cable running alongside the instrument might damage the air pipe; if the gas is flammable, safety issues must be taken into account. It's of course best to go our separate ways
If the cable catches fire, won’t it also burn the gas supply pipes? Moreover, I think such long gas supply pipes are supposed to be made of metal, right?
The cable tray slots can be used to hold things; arrange them neatly and secure them with zip ties so they don’t move around. Leave this task to those who are careless in their work; careful people can handle it, otherwise another cable tray will have to be installed.
Foreigners tend to be quite meticulous about things, but actually it’s not that big of a deal. But I’m still confused about you using plastic for the air supply pipe of the valve; can’t it be made of metal? Moreover, it really doesn’t matter if there’s a fire; a fire can be considered an accident. In the case of an accident, isn’t the malfunctioning closure of valves taken into account with regard to the status of the gas supply? The premise is that your trachea contains nitrogen gas, not some flammable gas. In our facility, the gas supply usually comes through a separate nitrogen air pipeline, which is then led to the valves. I don’t know if Russia has such a rule
