Is the delivery temperature greater than 5°C after LNG vaporization?

Dear experts, the requirement that the transport temperature of LNG after vaporization be above 5°C – where does this rule come from, and why was it established? Are there any other regulatory requirements in addition to those specified in GB50156? For natural gas supplied to boilers or pipeline networks, does the outlet temperature just need to be above -20°C (the operating temperature for carbon steel)?
**The specified test temperature for burners upon leaving the factory is 15 degrees; for gas fuels, it should be above 10 degrees and must not be below 0 degrees. You can refer to the specifications related to gas burners and gas stoves, as well as the regulations for urban gas use
National standards and industry regulations should be followed; temperatures below 5 degrees may cause moisture to freeze.
Please pay attention to the notes after GB50156: the outlet temperature of the high-pressure vaporizer must be no lower than 5 degrees, mainly to protect the CNG cylinders; this has nothing to do with natural gas transported through pipelines in our daily use.
I also think that if it has nothing to do with boiler usage, then there’s no reason for such a requirement.
