Question regarding the diameter of the heat exchanger

When looking at the calculations for the shell diameter in chemical process manuals, there are two coefficients: CL, which represents the effect of the arrangement angle of the heat exchange tubes on the diameter; and CTP, which represents the effect of the number of tube passes on the diameter. I was wondering where these two parameters can be found. Thank you very much.
The diameter of heat exchangers has never been calculated in this way. In our company, the customer provides the length of the heat exchange tubes as well as the heat exchange area; based on experience, we assume a diameter and then arrange the heat exchange tubes in CAD to determine the diameter of the heat exchanger. This process is fast and convenient.
