What causes the abnormal clicking sound from the inlet check valve of the screw compressor? The sound stops when the load is reduced to about 50%
Unstable air intake. Check the current and vibration
The air flow pulses are quite large; it is recommended to remove the check valve for inspection during maintenance, and to reduce the load accordingly
Is the pulsation that strong? Isn’t the check valve installed at the outlet? Ours are all installed at the outlet.
