The second-phase Huizhou refining and chemical project of CNOOC plans to install a coal-to-hydrogen complex with an output capacity of 150,000 tons per year of hydrogen and 117,600 tons per year of carbonyl synthesis gas. The hydrogen will be used in the refinery’s hydrogenation units, while the synthesis gas will be used in the butyl octyl alcohol production units. Our coal-to-hydrogen gasification section utilizes the water-coal slurry pressurized gasification technology of E-Gas from the U.S.-based company CBI; the low-temperature methanol washing process makes use of technology from the German company Lurgi, while the other processes make use of domestic technology. This coal-to-hydrogen plant includes units for raw coal transportation, coal preparation, gasification, shift reaction, low-temperature methanol washing, PSA, and sulfur and acidic water stripping. Primarily, we’re lacking operators and technicians who are familiar with gasification and rectisolve processes. Therefore, we hope to hire some shift supervisors, lead operators, and engineers. Please assess your own qualifications and then contact me. Some people have already gotten in touch with me these days; I’m very grateful. After reviewing the resumes, I will get in touch with everyone. If you don’t receive a response, you can leave a message on my QQ. Thank you. By the way, I am the manager of the facility; I’m not a headhunter nor an HR professional. This recruitment was posted before, but it was suspended for a while due to company reasons; it is now being restarted. I have restored all those who responded in previous posts or sent messages via text. Please check it carefully. Thank you all for your participation. If you are interested, you can send me your resume (the staff is already in place; thank you all for your concern and support).
The specific requirements are as follows: Project overview: The Hui Lian Phase II coal gasification hydrogen production complex includes various processing units such as coal transportation and preparation, gasification (including coal grinding and slurry preparation, gasification and slag treatment, syngas washing), shift reaction, low-temperature methanol washing, PSA, refrigeration, CO2 compression, sulfur and acid water stripping, and torch systems. Using coal as raw material, this complex produces hydrogen and hydrocarbon synthesis gas; it supplies hydrogen to the refining units and synthesis gas to the butanol and octanol production units. Gasification is carried out using E-Gas gasification technology from the American company CBI, while purification is done with Lurgi’s low-temperature methanol washing technology; other aspects make use of mature domestic processes and technologies. The main positions available for recruitment are coal preparation process engineers, gasification process engineers, gasification equipment engineers, and shift supervisors for the combined unit (with two roles: gasification and purification). A good operator, first and foremost, loves the company and the profession with the same intensity as one would love their country! As the sayings go, \"Where there’s a will, there’s a way\" and \"Nothing is difficult in this world for those who are determined.\" As long as one has that determination, they also have that responsibility, and they will find every means to do everything well! 2. With a passion for it, one will put effort into doing it. During operation, it’s not simply about closing and opening valves. . In fact, chemical plants are a whole that interacts and influences one another. . One link follows another; these temperature, pressure, and liquid level values affect the next set of temperature, pressure, and liquid level values. Operations should be carried out with a question of “why?” ”, to address the “why”. . Ensure the device operates safely and stably! The above are purely personal opinions; if there is any overlap, then that’s right! Haha. . I submitted a resume; although I haven’t done this before, I learn quickly and am sure I can handle it!
