The air temperature and humidity in substations should meet the requirements of DL/T 593 and GB/T 24274: a) The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed 40°C, the lower limit shall be -5°C, and the average temperature over 24 hours shall not exceed 35°C℃； b) At a maximum temperature of 40°C, its relative humidity shall not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed, but the average relative humidity measured over 24 hours must not exceed 95%, and the average monthly relative humidity must not exceed 90%. Additionally, it should be taken into account that moderate dew formation may occur occasionally due to changes in temperature.
