The obvious reason for the increase in pressure behind the tower is that the filtering elements installed in your equipment are not functioning properly, and they are carried away again by the inertia of the equipment. Unqualified filtering products are equivalent to being useless

It is possible to check whether the sampling point for the gas after the tower is wet and contains such substances, and make a comprehensive judgment by taking into account indicators such as the benzene content in the gas before the tower and the yield of crude benzene; Another possibility is that the quality of the cleaning oil has deteriorated; it is necessary to carefully examine the process involved in producing this cleaning oil and compare it with the conditions before the change, including any changes in the quality parameters of the newly purchased cleaning oil. Some people now mix different substances to create cleaning oil, and although such oil meets the national standards in terms of quality parameters, it becomes ineffective as soon as it is used.
Has the gas temperature, the lean fuel temperature, and the lean fuel flow rate all remained unchanged? Has the amount of gas entering the tower not changed either?
