After regeneration, the heat transfer oil can be stored for about 2 months; a highly viscous substance forms at the bottom, but it becomes transparent again when heated. Is this caused by dehydrogenation? Does it affect usage? How should it be handled? Thank you!
It is recommended to take it for testing first, mainly to check the residue carbon index. We also carry out carbon removal processes, and we have not observed the phenomenon you mentioned. By dehydrogenation you mean the removal of light components, right? The purpose is to increase the flash point.
